'Does Rahul have audacity to debate me': Smriti Irani to NDTV

In an exclusive interview with NDTV, BJP's candidate in Amethi Smriti Irani challenges Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi to a debate but, she says, she doesn't think Rahul will accept her dare. She tells NDTV, Rahul Gandhi does not deserve to be a neta, let alone a parliamentarian, if he cannot deliver on his own turf.
