Victron VW Van Electrics Install - Episode 1 Solar

This is the first in a series of how Victron fitted out a VW Van with a wide range of applications to power it whilst out and about.

Two qualified Victron engineers install flexible solar panels on the roof of the van and wire them to two Victron SmartSolar MPPT controllers. As the van is also being fitted with a Lithium battery, there are extra safeguards in place to limit the charge of the battery. We go into loads of detail in the episode and it's just the start of a mega install!
