Coronavirus: Ottawa, Alberta launch pilot project introducing COVID-19 tests for travellers

The federal Canadian and Alberta governments have launched a pilot project being tested in the province that would allow citizens returning to the country to take a COVID-19 test on arrival.

If they test negative, they will not need to quarantine, but will need a test a few days later.
