Simple how to: Ford Duratec HE (Mondeo) power steering fluid change

Easy DIY how to: flushing and refilling power assist steering fluid on a Ford Duratec HE. The car featured is a Mondeo Mk 3 (2000--2007) but the process is similar on any car with the Duratec HE, e.g. Focus Mk2.

You will need:
* Power steering fluid, originally to Ford specification M2C195-A (old)...

** Warning! Some fluid product listings online are listing Ford spec M2C938-A as a replacement for M2C195-A. That is Mercon LV ATF and I'm fairly sure it's an error.
* A fluid pump of some sort to extract fluid from the tank before removing its hose.
* Rags to soak up spilled fluid.
* A container in which to catch old fluid.
* Container in which to dispose of old fluid.
* Funnel.
