Synchronome Master HD timing

Synchronome regulator setup MKII, bought as non worker, made parts, suspension spring feeler gauge 5thou, .gathering arm 35mm I tried several but 35 has best overshoot at both ends. Needed a really good clean, old oil gummed up . worked for 15mins self standind but needs a ridgid wall fix to reduce energy loss which I have now done and it works wonderfully. 12V 300mA, still through the top wirewound dropdown resistor. contact gap can be reduced to lower the swing, so far im down to about 3mm with a 2 inch full swing. Ive weighted the ratchet external arm to reduce loss which works well.
