Watch: Jacksonville man's conviction erased
Edward Taylor asked a Jacksonville judge for post-conviction relief from his 1986 conviction for the capital sexual battery of Stephanie McIntyre Love, who was 4 at the time. In 2019, after 33 years in prison, the Florida Commission on Offender Review voted unanimously to parole Taylor, after Love said she had now learned she had named the wrong man. Granted in court on May 20, Love and Taylor react to the ruling in the Duval County Courthouse as reporter Dan Scanlan records it.
