As many of you already know, I stepped away from RC racing for over 20 years. When I returned to this side of the hobby a few months ago, I genuinely didn’t know what to expect. Would I still love it? Would I still enjoy racing? Could I still improve and be competitive again?

Well… the answer has been a massive YES ❤️

And a HUGE part of that journey has been thanks to the absolutely incredible support from the amazing team at Wheelspin Models

The venue was built in 2024 on a brand new mezzanine level above the Wheelspin warehouse and has quickly become one of the coolest indoor race venues in the UK RC scene 👌

Whether you’re a seasoned racer or someone curious about getting into 1/10th buggy racing for the first time… this place genuinely has something for everyone.

🏎️ RC RACING PROGRESSION

One of the biggest things I learned during this session was just how important practice really is.

I spent a huge amount of time:
🔧 Working on setup changes
🏁 Improving consistency
🎯 Tightening my racing lines
⚡ Learning more about my Schumacher LD3
🧠 Understanding my driving style better

And honestly?
I came away from the day feeling more motivated than EVER to keep improving 💪

The goal now is simple…
👉 Keep progressing
👉 Keep learning
👉 Start fighting for finals 👀🏁
