​​​Watch me as I put my contact lenses in and take out for the first time at home! I have a few tips for first timers on how to put in and take out contacts that are helpful.

My tips are:
- ALWAYS wash your hands before touching your eyes or contact
- Be consistent and always take out and take in the same eye, like I do the right always
- Put eye drops on your contacts just before putting them in your eye
