Sourdough Baguettes to go with the Prime Rib Risotto

The Baguettes are made and they were delicious. I hope you enjoy the video.

I followed the recipe from King Aurther below but at the 90 minute mark, split them up into 6 balls and put them in the fridge over night. Pulled them out in the morning, let them rest on the counter for about an hour then formed them into the loaves and continued the recipe.
