今天我们来聊聊油麦菜。其实油麦菜在国内种植的历史并不是很久。我记得小时候家里第一次种这个菜，吃到嘴里的时候被它的香味惊艳到了，久久不能忘怀。大火炒一碟，又香又嫩又甜；汤里放一小把，汤水也是香的。以至于现在每年都会种一些，时不时炒了解馋。
油麦菜，在台湾也被叫做A菜，是很有特色的叶用型的蔬菜。嫩叶质地脆嫩，味道芳香，生吃，快炒或者烧汤打火锅，非常美味。
