A Missouri man, Christopher Dunn, was convicted of a murder three decades ago. Two men who claimed they saw Dunn shoot a man have admitted they lied at trial as teens. So why is Dunn still in prison? It comes down to a bizarre quirk in Missouri law. CBS News and "48 Hours" correspondent Erin Moriarty explains.
