Recipe for Biscuit Dough Pizza Casserole Cooked in Your Oven

This recipe for Biscuit Dough Pizza Casserole with ground chuck, onions, green peppers, pepperoni's and 3 different cheeses will make your family happy and full. :)

Recipe for Biscuit Dough Pizza Casserole

Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds ground chuck
1 medium onion diced
1 medium bell pepper diced
1 8 oz container sliced mushrooms
2-3 cans 10 count biscuits
2 jars pizza sauce
1 Tbsp Canola Oil
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
1/2 cup Mild Cheddar Cheese
1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
Pepperoni's - enough to cover the top

Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
1. Put your ground beef, onions, mushrooms and bell peppers in your frying pan and brown the meat until there is no pink left and your veggies are tender. Strain the grease off.
2. While your meat and veggies are browning, get your biscuits and cut them into pieces.
3. Put 1 Tbsp Canola Oil in the bottom of your casserole dish and make sure your dish is perfectly coated with the oil.
4. Drop your biscuits evenly into the bottom of your casserole dish.
5. Spread out 1 and a 1/4 jars of Pizza sauce on top of your biscuits.
6. Spread out evenly the ground beef mixture on top of the biscuits and pizza sauce.
7. Add your cheeses in this order...Parmesan, Cheddar, and then Mozzarella.
8. Cover the top with pepperoni's and put in oven and bake for 45 minutes.
