Prado Farms is many things, but first and foremost, it is home to the Gutierrez family - our family. It is where we grew, laughed and cried, where our businesses thrived, suffered, rebounded, and sustained us through the years. Where everything was done our parents way. Food, in particular, was prepared just the way they wanted it. We'd like to keep it that way and are happy to replicate and share that experience. Our home is your home. As co-creators of this fertile space, we ask that you embrace it as we have, with care and respect.

Since our parents, Victor and Amada acquired the farm in the 1960s, it has undergone several transformations. We opened it to the public in the 1980s. Today, it’s a bio-dynamic farm and eco-resort where people can come to enjoy the farm’s bounties and spend a day or two imbibing the spirit of the place, connecting with the folks (and animals) in it, and in so doing perhaps rediscover their other selves.
We hope you will notice that at Prado, nothing goes to waste. Discards are recycled for surprising new uses. The entire place, all five hectares of it, with its iconic gate fashioned out of gas tanks and delightfully quirky buildings is an unruly assemblage of art – making it a choice locale for art workshops, Waldorf teachings, and stage performances.

The Farm has been a community training center, a retreat house, a stage for music festivals and plays. It has been a venue for conferences, company trainings and other corporate events. To some people it's a reminder of their own home in the province where summer vacations are spent. Above all, it's where guests can give in, guiltless, to delicious, nutritious, organically-grown Kapampangan food.
