An emergency no-heat call turned into an Unpleasant, Unrepairable no-heat call. The Landlord called on a Saturday and said their tenant had No Heat, and his handyman Rick replaced the blower motor. What I found will shock you! Bad Thermostat and a very noisy blower! And in Filthy conditions. It wasn't good, and it's a must-watch!
