DL Bridge on Foam Roller + Aqua Bag Shakes

Goal: Improve isometric hamstring capacity.

Place both feet on the foam roller as shown (forefoot to mid foot contact). Then go up into a bridge position, ensuring you remain high throughout and your hips remain square.

Hold this position while shaking the aqua bag as seen in the video. Keep straight arms here. Do not let your hips drop throughout.
