With the decrease in price and increase in technology, the small, portable handheld radio has come a long way since scratchy, patchy walkie talkies.

I purchased these radios for truck to truck communication a few months back and have been continually impressed by their features, durability, battery life and coverage.

This video is by no means an extensive dissertation on radios, think of it more as radios for dummies by a dummy.
