In today's video: Strawberry picking. Wonderful morning baking Strawberry Pie. The smell of strawberries fresh from the oven. Pressing flowers - a beautiful way to preserve memories of the growing season.

STRAWBERRY PIE recipe 🥧🍓

🥣Pie Crust Ingredients:
* 320 g flour
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 250g unsalted butter, chilled and cubed
* 1/2 cup (80-120ml) ice water (Stop adding water when the dough begins to form large clumps!)
🍓Strawberry filling:
In a large bowl, combine the strawberries 600-800g and 1/2 cup of sugar together.
🥧Roll out the crust, add the strawberry filling and lattice your pie.
Bake for 20-30 minutes at 170°C . After the first 15 minutes of bake time, place a pie crust shield on top of the pie to prevent the edges from browning too quickly.
