Our Preschool Year 2 Curriculum Picks + Supplements 📚 2025-2026

This year for another year of preschool, we’re using Playing Preschool Year 2 as our main curriculum spine.

I’ll also be supplementing with a few different age appropriate resources to keep our 3.5 year old engaged, especially during the times I’m working one on one with her older brother.

These activities will include lots of hands on fun and independent tasks that she can do on her own when needed.

We stocked up on sticker books this year for our 3.5 year old, and I’m so excited to share them with you!

Last year, she enjoyed working through a toddler workbook, but this year I wanted to give her something more fun and independent.

These sticker books offer an engaging alternative to pencil based work, and allow her to learn through play at her own pace.

This year, we’re also reviewing our Preschool Life Skills Booklet! It’s a simple but powerful resource that I got from a fellow homeschool mom.

What I love most is that it’s reusable, so I can revisit it again and again with both of my little ones. It helps build confidence, independence, and basic life habits in such a fun, age appropriate way.

I don’t plan on creating many learning journals this year, but I did find a few reusable journals that we’ll rotate throughout the year depending on the season and her interests.
