The US President has made a dramatic climbdown after his tariff announcement caused an international meltdown.

Trump has instead declared that all countries who didn't retaliate will now face a lower tariff of 10% for 90 days to give them a chance to negotiate deals.

However China, who did retaliate, will receive a 125% tax rate.
