DISNEY MAGIC TO FLIGHT HOME HELL! ✈️ Orlando to Manchester Travel Day Vlog

Our Florida adventure comes to an end… and what a travel home day it was 😬
Join us as we travel from Orlando to Manchester with Aer Lingus — starting with Disney magic and ending with one of our most uncomfortable flights ever.

We kick off the day in pure Disney style at Fort Wilderness Lodge Campgrounds at Walt Disney World, where we took part in the Segway tour around the campgrounds. An absolute blast and highly recommended if you’re looking for something different to do at Disney!

Next stop: our special place, Celebration, for one final lakeside coffee at Starbucks ☕️ before fueling up with some celebration burgers at Fatburger 🍔.

We then head to Orlando International Airport Terminal C, where we show the full car rental return process, airport check-in, shops, food options and snacks — perfect if you’re planning your own Florida travel day.

Once onboard, things quickly went downhill. Our aircraft, St Patrick, was in very poor condition — broken seats, loose seat pads, faulty entertainment screens, and an overall uncomfortable experience across multiple rows.

Dinner made things even worse. Laura ordered her gluten-free meal as usual, but halfway through discovered she had been given a regular gluten-filled bread roll, making her seriously ill mid-flight. The cabin crew were kind but unable to explain how such a serious mistake happened.

After landing back in Manchester, we made it home to Liverpool in good time — and I finish the vlog with my best tips to beat dreaded USA jet lag after a long-haul flight.
