SPAGHETTI BOLOGNESE

Ingredients:

- Minced beef - 250g
- Onion
- Carrot
- Tomato
- Garlic
- Chili pepper
- Red wine - 70ml
- Parmesan
- Tomato paste - 250g
- Fresh basil
- Spaghetti
- Salt
- Pepper

Preparation:

• cut all the vegetables;

• first of all, fry onion, garlic and chili pepper;

• then add a carrot;

• cook spaghetti in a large pan of boiled salted water until it’s ready;

• then add tomatoes to the vegetables and minced beef. Mix it all together and fry for some time;

• add salt and pepper and around 70ml of red wine;

• then add tomato paste;

• now that spaghetti is ready, add a small cube of butter and let it melt;

• add basil to our sauce and let it stew under the lid for some time;

• in the end add Parmesan cheese;

• add spaghetti to the sauce and mix it all well;

• sprinkle the dish with Parmesan and garnish with a basil spring.
