MaixPy AI Camera Sends Results Over WIZNET5K Ethernet

MaixPy WIZNET5K Ethernet examples show how Sipeed Maix / MaixPy boards can send AI camera, sensor, and vision results over wired Ethernet.

The examples use WIZnet W5x00 / WIZNET5K over SPI to create a wired Ethernet interface, then use sockets for TCP, UDP, HTTP, HTTPS, MQTT, and image/data transfer demos.
