Pull ups are an amazing exercise to build your back. As a beginner it can be difficult to do pull ups , In this video, I have explained the simple way where you can start building strength and progress your way to start doing 10+ pull ups without any assistance.
Week 1:
Isometric hold - 15 seconds hold 10 reps
Scapular contraction - 10-15 reps (3 sets)
Inverted bodyweight row - 10 - 15 reps (3 sets)
Bench Assisted pull-ups - 10 - 15 reps (3 sets)
Week 2:
Iso metric hold at the top position (smith or pull-up bar) - 10 seconds hold 10 reps
Controlled eccentric (smith or pull ups) - 10 - 15 reps (3 sets)
Assisted single leg - 10 - 15 reps (3 sets)
