This adapter offers quite a bit more than the previous model and sells for the same price of $150. This is definitely an expensive product and will not be for everyone, especially if you cannot take advantage of the new features.

(Just placed an order yesterday actually) I did receive this product for free to test out, but my relationship with Castlemania has always been if I do a video to give my honest opinions and thoughts on the product as that is the only way companies will learn to improve. This product does what it is advertised to do and I did not have a lot to criticize other than the price point will be high for some and the paint on my unit kind of made it look cheap.

Ultimately if I didn't already have a solution to play my GameCube via HDMI would I have purchased this product, my answer is yes. But being that I already have solutions and the extra features don't benefit me as much as some others may benefit from I would not have purchased this myself. Thanks guys~
