This week we finally got all the material needed to finish the OFF GRID Solar Installation. Pepe continued the installation and built a metal structure to hold all the solar panels. We decided to life a more sustainable lifestyle in the woods and living OFF GRID for many reasons, the main one was to avoid being attached to monthly electrical bills. We also invite you into our garden to harvest the organic corn we planted, made our first ever "farm to table" popcorns with them and chat together about the whole process.
