South Korea ARC FAIL // subways and immigrations are confusing

This day was ROUGH but it is also proof that you can take a bad day and turn it into a good one! It's all about perspective! The day took a turn for the worst when my subway got stopped for maintenence multiple times. I NEEDED to get my ARC this day if I wanted to get my flight refund from my company.
