The “Early Bird” Pocket from King County’s crystal park
Today was our first day of the year 2021 to hound Hansen Creek, the popular and famous destination for Seattle urbanites to collect quartz crystals. We originally intended to surface collect after the early spring snowmelt and also ended up finding an open hole with a pocket that was exposed. Needless to say, we cleaned it out and found some great points!
