Kenan Yıldız：Türkiye 'motivated' to face 'very good' Austria in their 1st Euros knockouts since 2008

Turkey forward Kenan Yıldız said on Friday that they are 'motivated' to face 'very good' Austria in Euro 2024 last 16.

The Red Bull Arena game in Leipzig on Tuesday (July 2nd) will be Turkey's first appearance in the Euros knockouts since 2008 when they made it all the way to the semifinals, where they were defeated 3-2 by Germany.

Turkey were thrashed by Austria 6-1 when they last met in a friendly on the 26th of March 2024.
