Minimal FX: reduction in existing visual effects, to declutter the animation
New Effects: new or altered visual effects for the action
New Sound: new or altered audio effects for the action
New Motion: different skeletal animation, some are swapped from other actions, and others were modified using 3D Modeling software.

All actions also comepackaged so you can pick and choose what you like. You may have to switch jobs back and forth after you load them to get the skeletal animations updated.

Note: I don't have a new computer so the video quality isnt super great/smooth. Due to a gpose bug sometimes the sound in this preview video is slightly dysnced--this will not happen in regular ingame use, I assure you I made extensive efforts to align the sounds with movements of the character and effects.
