NEW COLD WAR ZOMBIES GAME MODES – GRIEF + CUSTOM MUTATIONS RETURNING EVIDENCE! (Cold War Zombies)

There is a kind of secret menu within the Zombies mode in Black Ops Cold War the reveals some more details about new game modes that will be added as DLC into this game soon.

Within the offline Zombies menu we can dig in to discover that there are a lot of options that Treyarch decided not to give us in the regular cold war Zombies menu. These options include detailed information on the creator of the Zombie game mode that you have selection as well as any custom settings and restrictions that you can change to personalize it even more.

This system seems to mirror exactly the Custom Mutations feature from Black Ops 4 that seems to be available for Treyarch developers to use to customize the Zombies game mode but is currently unavailable for regular players to try out here Cold war.

This leads to some concerns that the New game modes Treyarch will be adding in Black Ops Cold War Season 1 will simply be small tunings of the regular Round based game modes with various settings and restrictions changed using the Custom Mutilations menu.

It also lets us use in game evidence to theorise that Treyarch will finally return to competitive Zombies Game modes by bringing back grief into Cold War Zombies. With the two new teams being Omega Group and Requiem as they exist within the Zombies storyline in this game.
