Ingredients:
350gm gram flour
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp crushed coriander seeds
5-6 chopped green chilli
salt to taste
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp Fenugreek
1 pinch Asafoetida
1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
water
some chopped coriander leaves
some chopped Spinach
1/2 tsp cooking soda
2 tsp hot oil
oil for frying
Serve with besan ki chatni/kadi
