What attracts people to cults? How do toxic ideologies spread and evolve? What the fuck is a bonegrenade? In this installment of Nightmare Masterclass, I present my findings on The Mirror. What follows is perhaps my most extensive investigation yet.

Presented by IFC, The Mirror is Wham City's latest foray into darkly comedic, at times horrific short form cinema. The series is divided up into six "lessons," each presented by a group known as "The Children of the Mirror". Ostensibly, they're a new religious movement that's sweeping the nation. But as the series progresses, one gets the sense that this group is a little...off.
