The federal government announced last year it would spend 30 million dollars to help build so called 'Changing Places' around Australia.

They're facilities that offer more than a standard accessible toilet and include things like changing tables and hoists.

But disability advocates say they're still few and far between and more is needed to make facilities truly accessible.
