👉🏼 INGREDIENTS (FOR 2 PEOPLE):
 500 g fresh fish (monkfish, conger, rays or other types of fish)
 3 – 4 potatoes
 1 onion
 2 cloves of garlic
 2 bay leaves
 1 small bunch of fresh coriander
 1/2 red pepper
 200 g of fine diced tomatoes
 200 ml white wine
 some olive oil
 some paprika powder
 salt (to taste)
 pepper (to taste)
 some water

Cooking time: 20-30 minutes
