DIY woodworking projects How to Make a Sliding Tambour Door.
In this video I will show you how I made the Tambour Doors for overhead kitchen cabinet. I made the Tambour Doors from Recycled timber which was some old table Legs from an old kitchen table. For the runner/track instead of using router to make the track in the wood, I 3D printed the track instead. The overhead cabinet is being installed in to Classic mk2 Ford Transit CI Travelhome that we call Dougal FordTransit.

0:22 - Start Making Tambour doors From old Table Legs
0:27 - Sawing the Table Leg Into slats
0:47 - Adjusting the Saw and Now sawing the Slats Into strips
1:04 - Cutting the Strips To the Right length
1:16 - Sanding Off the Rough Edges
1:30 - Laying all The strips Into the jig and Sanding it smooth
1:40 - Clamping The Strips Together
1:54 - Spreading The wood Glue Over the Strips of Wood
2:35 - Take a piece Of precut Material And place It on top Of the glue
3:17 - Staple the Material To the Wood slats
3:40 - Put some Weight on it And let the Glue dry
3:50 - Remove the Weight And put more Staples in it
5:01 - Now to sand The front So it's Nice and smooth
6:01 - Testing to see If the door fits Nicely in the 3D printed tracks
6:20 - All installed And working fine
