Gay art teacher sues Mansfield ISD for sexual orientation discrimination

Stacy Bailey filed a federal lawsuit Tuesday against Mansfield ISD and its leaders, arguing they had violated her rights under the 14th Amendment's Equal Protection Clause, the Equal Protection Clause of the Texas Constitution and the Texas Equal Rights Amendment.
