How to make Crispy Curry Puffs / 咖喱角 (Step by Step)

I used to help my mum in making Curry Puffs (咖喱角) for our family's morning breakfast when young. Sometimes, we would make more so that we could have them as our lunch or for our tea break too! Hence, till now, the process of how to make this comfort food (Curry Puffs), still vividly imprinted in my mind. This dish is also suitable for vegans and vegetarians (garlic can be optional, based on personal preference).

- Contains antioxidants which combats signs of aging

- Aids digestion

Tips: In order to make crispy curry puffs, it is a must to use butter and ice water when making the dough. For me, usually, we just add 2 tbsp of curry powder as my girl cannot take spiciness. However, if your family could take spiciness, you may add 1 to 2 tbsp more of the curry powder that suits your family preference/taste. As a beginner, making a bigger size curry puff is easier but once you are more experienced, you may consider making it into smaller sizes as it is easier to fry and also easier to eat too. Once you find that the puffs are not as crispy, you may just put them in the air-fryer for 2-3 mins and it will be crispy and nice to eat again.
