Autism And ADHD Together - Unusual traits between autism and ADHD? Hi indie people, in this video I am joined by haileyscomment who has ADHD talking about 5 more similarities between ADHD and autism. This is part two and this is where we talked about more of our similarities. But we also talked about some lesser known or less talked about sides to autism and adhd. These similarities are only based on our experiences and not every autistic person or person with ADHD will have the same similarities.

Some of the similarities we talked about in this video include meltdowns, spatial awareness, hyper fixations, emotional sensitivity & distractions by nearby noises. I talk about the autism side of the conversation while chats about her experiences as someone with ADHD.
