In this video you will see Aluminum Tig welding tips on an outside corner joint, inside corner joint, and padding beads on scrap aluminum.
Balling or rounding the tip prior to welding seems to help with better cleaning action.
I dont always take time to ball the tip but lately, i have been experimenting and rethinking details like balling the tip in an effort to get better and provide better welding content.
