ROASTING CHANEL'S PANDEMIC COLLECTION (and why they raised bag prices by 15%)

The Chanel Cruise 2021 collection was the first time in the brand's history that they are showing a collection, without a fashion show. Between Coco Chanel, Karl Lagerfeld, and Virginie Viard's histories this has never happened, and after seeing this first quarantine collection, I get why. The collection was based on the Italian island of Capri. From classic Chanel handbags to denim Capri pants the collection was chock full of the same old sale old, and I know it wouldn't titillate customers. IT's essentially just a luxury lululemon catalogue, so have at it.
