5 MIN INTENSE AB WORKOUT II Lose Belly Fat (No Equipment)

Hey guys it’s G, I know it’s been a while but I’m back. I just got on break from UNI and I thought it would be the perfect time to bring you a banging summer workout series to get you looking fit and snatched this summer.

I’ll be posting two intense 5-minute workouts a week for four weeks straight. This week we are starting with a 5 Minute Intense AB Workout. This is my go-to intense ab routine. It’s difficult but the results are insane. I have combined my favorite and most intense exercises to lose belly fat.

I suggest doing this workout once or twice a day. The burn is real but you got this! Stick with me and let’s get our summer bodies banging.
