[TAS] Green Goblin in 22:55 | Spider-Man (2002)

I'm pretty surprised that I was able to save almost exactly 3 minutes from the last TAS. Goblin simultaneously has a lower skill ceiling while also being faster than Spider-Man. This makes TASing him somewhat unrewarding - like I'm not working as hard, but getting better results anyway. Big shoutout to Faze aka Hob_goblin for boatloads of strats. I found out a few myself as well.

Hate to say it, but I don't think it can get any better than this, other than by a few seconds.
