RECON: Episode 4 by Personal Trainer Food

In this episode we see the men in their sixth week on the RECON program. The men have seen great changes and have an overall loss of over 260 pounds! To celebrate their newfound confidence and weight loss, we took them flyboarding. The men and regaining their energy from their youth and now have the DRIVE to do things they didn't think about doing before. Pun intended - we took them drag racing too!
