The Best Ever Rocky Road!

I’m calling this ‘The Best Ever Rocky Road’ cause I really really think it is!

You can't go wrong with this chocolate-y, salty and crunchy with a smooth caramel surprise. Try it for yourself. Recipe below...

Ingredients
675g milk chocolate buttons
200g caramello milk chocolate block, cut into individual squares
5 vanilla wafer biscuits, chopped to 1 cm squares
1 cup mini marshmallows
1 cup caramel coated popcorn
5 mini chocolate coated Turkish delight bars, chopped to 1cm pieces
1/3 cup salted peanuts, roughly chopped
1/4 cup popping rainbow candy

Method
1. Melt chocolate buttons according to packet instructions in a medium sized bowl.
2. Line a tray with non-stick baking paper. Pour just enough melted chocolate to cover bottom of tray then on top lay out caramello squares evenly spaced all over, working quickly before chocolate hardens.
3. Back to the bowl of melted chocolate. To this bowl add all ingredients except for the popping candy. Mix gently until chocolate has covered everything in bowl.
4. Pour this mixture into tray over the caramello squares and spread out so it fills tray as evenly as possible. Don’t press down and break bits and pieces because it is meant to have a ‘rocky’ look.
5. Sprinkle the popping candy all over top and refrigerate for about 30 minutes until it hardens.
6. Remove from fridge and lift out of tray. Using a warm, sharp knife cut into bite size pieces.
