Secrets for a straight cut on thick wood | Tips and Tricks for Laser Users

Hi Guys, LG with another video here, as you know getting the right tool is key on getting the job well done, in this video we are cutting 1/2 inch poplar wood, it is a very soft and beautiful wood if stained.

Although the 50 mm lens made a very nice cut I will definitely stick to the 75 mm lens for cutting this thickness of wood, the 75 mm lens has a longer focal point so the cut is straighter, this may not be the best lens to engrave so make sure to change your lens back to 50 mm once you are done with cutting.
