Halo Collar Review - How is Customer Service and my experience

Customer service so far has been responsive, but it can take 24 hours to hear from them. The people I spoke to on the phone were very professional, listened to my concerns and helped me move to the next step in training or resolved my questions.

The best source I have found is the Facebook Group of owners that seem to really be early adopters, problem solvers and great at general troubleshooting.

Reports from the group seem to be positive overall, and customer service has responded to their requests.
