Chasing hit and run suspect after witnessing vehicular man slaughter, Indianapolis 6/8/2018

I was behind this silver Ford Escape on Shelby St. heading south bound when I witnessed him hit and kill a cyclist in the bike lane. I pursued him, cornered his vehicle, chased on foot, and eventually fought with, then lost him over a barbed wire fence. I am filming with one hand and driving a Subaru Crosstrek with the other.
