Weekly Yoga Flow 5 hip openers cordcutting breath work leaves you grounded

Welcome to my Weekly Yoga Flow series.
This week’s class is starting with centering and breathing to foot attention and moving onward to hips to ground into legs and feet, shedding any energies that does t belong to us with some fun standing cutting cords breathwork.
Moving through hips and ending into a Fire-log Pose / Agnistambhasana for release and leaving us grounded. Savasana at the end!

The Mantra at the end of class is a Peace Offering Mantra for all beings everywhere:
“Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu Om Shanti Shanti Shanti”
