Disturbing video released depicts a man shooting a father and his stepson after a heated argument broke out in an NYC apartment complex. Authorities said 47-year-old Bladimy Mathurin and 27-year-old Chinwai Mode were shot by Jason Pass after Mathurin brandished a pair of scissors.
