Healing Thoughts for the Tao Te Ching - Parts 75 & 76

In Part 75 Lao Tzu points out how when governments and organizations do not support people's basic needs, a counter-reaction can bring decline. Then in Part 76 he observes how in nature, whatever adapts to changing circumstances is more likely to survive. In human nature, not adapting and remaining inflexible can create harmful stress within the body and mind.
